Whew! What a crazy few months it has been! I have been busier than ever tending to personal clients, monetizing LoDo Magazine, learning as much as I possibly can, and working on my new project DIY Personal Branding. Two weeks ago I was also notified by Michael Dunlop that I was chosen as one of the Young Entrepreneurship Scholarship winners, and that I’d be flying out to D.C. for a week of some intensive Internet Marketing training and networking at Yanik’s Underground Seminar! I was more than ecstatic to be chosen for the award and I will be thoroughly documenting the whole experience via blog and video.
Obviously by now you must now know that my personal website is back up! I had redirected it to LoDoMagazine.com for awhile but I found that I really need an outlet, especially as the number of projects I’m involved in grows. I was thinking of putting a blog on DIYPersonalBranding.com but it’s not the right place for me to blog about EVERYTHING I want without having to censor myself. Plus DIY is supposed to be more of an educational program and less of a blog. So with that said, you can expect a blog post from me just about every other day and I am going to migrate my posts from DIYPersonalBranding.com to this blog.
Also, please check out the excellent post by Michael Dunlop on the scholarship winners over at RetireAt21.com:
